To restore HOPE where hope was stolen.
To ignite REBIRTH where the Pacific Palisades & Altadena Fires took everything.
To spark REVIVAL in a community still frozen in the ashes.

To ignite REBIRTH where the Pacific Palisades Fires took everything.
To spark REVIVAL in a community still frozen in the ashes.
This night is not entertainment.

The Second Disaster Nobody Sees
On January 7, 2025, the fire began.
But the flames were only the first disaster.
The second disaster was bureaucracy - the endless, paralyzing permitting, and entitlement nightmare that made rebuilding nearly impossible.
Families today are:
Paying mortgages, taxes, & carrying costs on land they cannot legally rebuild on.
Blocked by city, county, state, federal, EPA, and Coastal Commission rules.
Unable to leverage insurance money or begin restoring what they lost.
Trapped in a system where rebuilding is illegal, even in a total-loss zone.
This is NOT a rich-person problem.
Paradise, CA (2018): working-class, rural, median income one-quarter of Palisades.
Seven years later, STILL unable to rebuild because of the same broken system.
Different towns. Different incomes.
